Escape with Us
The recently reinstated millpond and and fledgling woodland are an oasis for wildlife. To name a few of our favourites, we have Barn Owls, Swallows, Buzzards, Emperor dragonflies, Hummingbird Hawk Moths, and a huge range of native creatures to be viewed from your window or on a walk around the property. We are within 10 minutes walking distance to two Sites of Special Scientific Interest.

If you need any advice as to where to explore in our beautiful local area we know some of the best trails, beaches, and hidden gems. We love to share our experiences on the best of the local food options, the cosiest pubs and most enticing shops. If you wish to have any particular focus to your visit from walking to wildlife, or surfing to coasteering we can point you in the right direction to fulfil your goals.
Relax
Along with our spring fed pond and burgeoning wildlife population at Hen Ffermdy there is more than enough space to walk, reflect and feel at ease. There are not one but two fantastic beaches down the hill via a National Trust woodland walk that provide a brilliant space for swimming, seal and bird spotting, or just lazing on the beach.
